Leanne is the vice president of accounts and marketing for Fencefast and works with many of the leading fence manufacturers from around the globe. In her time with Fencefast, Leanne has seen many different types of fencing and forage boundaries on farms of all sizes.
Victoria Nameth, Saskatchewan Agriculture
As an agri-environmental specialist, Victoria works with farmers and ranchers to implement environmental best management practices on their operations, such as converting marginal land to perennial forage and cross-fencing to better manage native prairie. Her experience includes forage agronomy, grazing management, and agri-environmental programming.
As part of SeCan for Southern Alberta, Southern Saskatchewan, and U.S., Maria provides technical support to members and coordinates local activities with SeCan’s national communications strategy. SeCan is the largest supplier of certified seed to Canadian farmers with more than 600 independent seed business members from coast to coast engaged in seed production, processing, and marketing.
Working as an independent forage and livestock agrologist, Linda has 20+ years experience working with farmers throughout Alberta and Northern Saskatchewan on grazing, rejuvenation, forage establishment and feeding. Linda is a 5th generation farmer with a BSc Agriculture specializing in range management and animal production. Her favorite project at the moment is developing a continuing education course for Lakeland College to support perennial forage sales in ag-retail.
